At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the names of the respondent Nos.1 to 9 are permitted to be deleted forthwith. The deletion be carried out accordingly.

Rule. Ms S.S. Jachak, learned Assistant Government Pleader, waives service of notice for the respondent No.10. Rule made returnable forthwith. 3.

The only relief sought by the petitioner is for expeditious consideration of the complaint made by him on 9-2-2019, since it is his grievance that the departmental action has been initiated against him without any legal justification. The petitioner in the meanwhile has superannuated from service. 4.

Considering the limited prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.10 to decide the petitioner's complaint dated 9-2-2019 within a period of six weeks from the receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner shall serve the copy of this order on the respondent No.10 by Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due. The decision taken by the respondent No.10 be communicated to the petitioner. 5.

Rule accordingly. No costs.
