In this writ petition, the petitioners seek a direction that the salary for the period from March, 2016 to April, 2018, from March, 2019 till date insofar as petitioner No.3 is concerned and for the period from May, 2017 to March, 2018 and from March, 2019 till date insofar as petitioner No.4 is concerned, be released.

02] Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader has tendered a communication dated 17/10/2022 issued by the Office of the Director of Education (Primary), which is taken on record and marked "A" for identification. As per the said communication, amount of Rs.17,15,271 has been released towards arrears of salary of petitioner Nos.3 and 4. 03] In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3 to take further necessary steps and disburse the amount in favour of the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from today.
