Heard the learned counsel for the non-applicant. Since this appeal is filed by the husband against the judgment of the Family Court dismissing the petition filed by the husband for a decree of divorce and since the parties are not so young, the prayer for early hearing of the Family Court Appeal is rejected. Even otherwise, the Family Court Appeals are being heard regularly and the matter is likely to come up for hearing in the near future in the normal course.
