Considering the limited prayer is made, learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for the respondent.

The petitioner prays that the representation made by them on 22-09-2023 addressed to the General Manager, Reserve Bank of India with a copy thereto to the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nagpur be directed to be considered the same in accordance with law. It is submitted that despite issuing a reminder on 06-11-2023 the said representation has not been decided. Civil Application has been filed by the Bhandara Urban Co-operative Bank Limited seeking leave to intervene in the proceedings and oppose the prayer.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, we find that the only request made by the petitioner is to adjudicate the petitioner's representation dated 22-09-2023. The apprehension expressed by the learned Counsel for the intervenor can be taken care of by directing the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies also to hear the bank while deciding the aforesaid representation.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of by directing the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nagpur to consider the representation dated 22-09-2023 in accordance with the law and decide the same after hearing all the concerned parties including the bank. The decision in this regard be taken within a period of six weeks after receiving a copy of this order. All questions are kept open for being raised before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nagpur. Civil application is also disposed of. (Judge) (Judge) Deshmukh
