This petition takes exception to the order dated 08.11.2024 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur below Exh.57 and 58 in Special Civil Suit No.66/2021. By the order impugned the learned trial court has rejected the applications filed by the petitioners/defendants, by which prayer was made that respondent/plaintiff may not be permitted to carry out the amendment to the plaint in terms of the order dated 18.06.2024 as the same was not carried out within 14 days as ordered.

I have perused the impugned order. It appears that review application was pending against the order dated

wp6753.24.O.odt 18.06.2024 and respondent was not permitted to carry out the amendment. I am therefore, not inclined to interfere in the order impugned.

The petition is dismissed.
