2 938 caf1422.19 appellant has submitted that already principal amount deposited before the Reference Court and remaining amount would be deposited within twelve weeks in this Court. In view of the statement made on behalf of the appellant permission is granted to deposit the remaining amount within twelve weeks.

The impugned judgment and award order dated 27/10/2017 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C. No. 607/2011 is hereby stayed, until further orders.
