By all these applications, the applicant has challenged the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.15, Nagpur, rejecting the application for seeking permission to adduce secondary evidence on the ground that the original cheques were misplaced.

During the pendency of these applications, the original cheques have been recovered from the office of the complainant and now there is no need to proceed with the applications for seeking permission to secondary evidence. Now the applicant is at liberty to adduce the primary evidence. In view that, the applications be permitted to be withdrawn. 3.

The pursis filed by the learned Counsel for the original complainant / applicant are taken on record. In view of the above reasons, all the applications are permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of.

The trial Court shall permit the complainant to adduce the primary evidence.
