DATED : 1 2 -06-2024 Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 has invited my attention to first prayer of the petition which reads thus :

"1) Terminate mandate of the respondent No. 2 as arbitrator for conducting the case No. ARB/DMUCCS/17/2017, The Dharampeth Mahila Multi State Co-Operative Society Ltd. Dharampeth Branch, Nagpur V/s Pankaj Kumar Prabhakar Kawaliaya and 3 others and"

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 has then invited my attention to paragraph no. 8 of the reply filed by respondent no. 1 on 29-4-2024 whereby respondent no. 1 states that respondent no. 2 - arbitrator was appointed for one year and his tenure has concluded on 2-3-2021. It has been further stated that the tenure/mandate of respondent no. 2 ended on 2-3-2021. Thus the purpose of filing petition has been already served. Respondent No. 2's tenure has concluded and he is no more the arbitrator.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as rendered infructuous.
