Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP. In spite of time given to the state, no reply has been filed to this application. It appears that the State does not want to oppose this application. Therefore, the application is allowed and the State is directed to deposit in the trial Court an amount of Rs.48,790/- from the sale-proceeds of the seized liquor and this amount shall stand deposited in the Court till the case before the trial Court is finally disposed of.

Respondent/State to make compliance of this order within two weeks from the date of the order.
