Heard learned counsel Shri U.J.Deshpande for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri P.S.Tembhare for the State.

The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.391/2019 registered with Police Station Akot File, Akola for offences punishable under Sections 354(A) and 452 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

Investigation is over and chargesheet is already filed. The applicant is arrested on 20.8.2019 and since then he is in jail. Age of the applicant is 19 years. 3.

After hearing learned counsel Shri U.J.Deshpande for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri P.S.Tembhare for the State and after perusing chargesheet, I am of the view that the applicant .....2/-

ba1070.19 20 who is not having criminal record at his discredit need not continue his presence in jail with other hardened criminals. Hence, I pass following order:

ORDER

(a) The criminal application is allowed.

(b) Applicant-Imran Khan s/o Chand Khan (Immu), in connection with Crime No.391/2019 registered with Police Station Akot File, Akola for offences punishable under Sections 354(A) and 452 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, be released on bail on his executing a P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.5000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount.

(c) The applicant is directed to attend the police station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday of each week between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., until trial is over.

With this, the criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
