By this application, the applicants-claimants seek permission to withdraw the balance amount which is lying with the registry of this court.

The record of this appeal demonstrates the fact that the total compensation amount of Rs.25,42,922/- is deposited by the appellant with the registry of this court. Out of the said amount, 50% amount is already withdrawn by the claimants. 3.

By this application, it is pointed out that the respondent no.1 is suffering from osteoarthritis and has been advised for knee joint surgery. In support of her submission copy of medical certificate is placed on record. According to the claimants such surgery is urgent in nature and, therefore, the amount to the extent of Rs.6,00,000/- is required for the surgery.

In view of the reasons stated in the application and the fact that 50% amount has been already withdrawn by the claimants, the claimants are permitted to withdraw

2 6caf3772.25.odt Rs.5,00,000/- from the amount which is deposited in the registry of this court, subject to usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
