DATE : August 16, 2018 By this application it is prayed that the execution of the decree for partition be stayed during pendency of the appeal. In the application it is stated that the applicants are in possession of the suit property and hence the execution of said decree deserves to be stayed. This Court had passed an ad interim order on 30/11/2017 directing the parties to maintain status quo. Considering the fact that the second appeal has been admitted, the execution of the impugned decree is stayed during pendency of the appeal. The applicants shall not create any third party interest in the suit property.
