JANUARY 28, 2016 On 22.12.2015, this Court recorded statement made by learned counsel for the applicant that entire amount of Rs.14,14,188/- plus interest thereon would be liquidated within six months, which would expire on 21.06.2016. That being so, in my opinion, following order would subserve the interest of justice, particularly because the entire liability in question would be wiped out.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.688/2015 is disposed of in terms of order dated 22.12.2015.

(ii) In case, the said order dated 22.12.2015 is not adhered to, the grant of anticipatory bail under this order would automatically come to an end w.e.f. 22.06.2016 and the applicant will have to surrender before Police on 22.06.2016 and shall also be liable to face the proceedings for contempt of this Court in the light of above said undertaking.
