We are informed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 that the respondent no.2-Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati, shall be passing an order within a fortnight on the application of the petitioner dated 23.04.2024, which issue is sought to be canvassed in the present petition. 3.

In view of aforesaid statement, the petition is not pressed. It is disposed of as such, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, in case if the order adverse to the interest of the petitioner is passed by the Deputy Director of Education.
