By this application, the respondent nos. 3 and 4 seeks extension of time to deposit the amount. 2.

Learned Counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 states that cheque of Rs.38,19,297/- is ready. However due to some unavoidable reasons, same was not deposited in the registry of this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, time is extended and respondent nos. 3 and 4 are permitted to deposit the cheque during diwali vacation, in office working days.
