For the reasons stated in the application, more particularly dealing with the ailment of the applicant and hardship and inconvenience caused to the applicant on the ground that she being a lady member in the family managing the affairs of the family was not in a position to take necessary steps within reasonable period, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
