DATED : 18-12-2015 Shri P.N. Shende, learned Advocate has filed this application stating that the petitioners have taken away the papers alongwith no objection on Vakalatnama and therefore, he may be discharged.

Accepting the submission, Shri P.N. Shende, Advocate is discharged from appearance on behalf of the petitioners.

The endorsement dated 02-08-2015 on the civil application shows that Shri P.N. Shende, Advocate, who represented the petitioners had refused to accept the copy of the application.

Issue notice of the civil application to the petitioners, returnable on 12-01-2016 stating as to why contempt proceedings should not be initiated against the petitioners.

This Court, by the order dated 24-02-2015, refused the prayer of the petitioners for staying the order of reinstatement passed by the School Tribunal. This Court, however, stayed the direction of the School Tribunal regarding payment of back-wages on condition that the petitioners shall deposit 50% of the amount within ten weeks. The petitioners have not deposited the amount in ten weeks. The interim order stands vacated. The petitioners have taken undue advantage of the interim order sought by them from this Court. If the order passed by the School Tribunal is not complied with till 12-01-2016, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. Though Shri P.N. Shende, Advocate is discharged from representing the petitioners, he is directed to inform this order to the petitioners by Registered Post acknowledgment due and file affidavit on the record within three days.
