Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the charge-sheet has already been filed before the Trial Judge. The charge-sheet does not disclose even a sentence about the applicant having any complicity in the crime.

Learned APP states that the statement is correct and the charge-sheet does not show anything against the applicant.

In that view of the matter, I make the following order:-

In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No. 73/2014 for offences punishable under Sections 489-A, B, C, D, E read with Section 120-B, Indian Penal Code, registered with respondent - Police Station Officer, Police Station, Amgaon, Distt. Gondia, against the applicant, the respondent - Police Station Officer, Police Station, Amgaon, Distt. Gondia, is directed to release the applicant on bail, upon the Applicant furnishing a Personal Bond in a sum of Rs. 10,000/- [rupees ten thousand only] with one surety in the like amount.
