The petitioners seek monetary benefit of encashment of 15 yearly accumulated earned leave along with interest to be paid to them within a stipulated period. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that on 22/9/2022, the Rural Development Department has issued a Resolution by which the right to receive such leave encashment has been recognized. Copy of that Government Resolution is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. In view of aforesaid, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. He prays that direction may be issued to the respondents to release the said benefits within a specified period. It is directed that within a period of three months from today, the respondents shall release the aforesaid benefits in favour of the petitioners.
