DATE : January 05, 2017 By these applications, the appellants seek to bring on record legal representatives of the original claimant who expired on 12-02-2015. Reasons for cause of delay are mentioned in C.A.No.4040 of 2016.

The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the legal representatives of the sole respondent. Considering the reasons assigned, the delay in bringing on record the legal representatives is condoned. Abatement is set aside. The legal representatives are permitted to be brought on record.

Civil applications are allowed and disposed of. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today. F.A.No.1488 of 2008.
