(1) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP for State and learned counsel for nonapplicant No.2. (2) By this application, the applicant has prayed for interim bail in Crime bearing No.0664 of 2023 registered at Sitabuldi Police Station, District Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 294, 506(b) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 66 (e) of Information Technology Act.

(3) Learned counsel for non-applicant No.2 has

no objection to release the applicant on interim bail. (4) It is alleged that applicant had sexually assaulted the complainant. It appears from record that complainant is 42 years old and applicant and complainant were live-in-relationship. Complainant has no objection to grant bail.

(5) Considering this fact, I pass following order i) Criminal application is allowed.

ii) Applicant- Shahid Iqbal Abdul Latif be released on interim bail in Crime No.664/2023 registered with Police Station Sitabuldi, District: Nagpur on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount.

iii] The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iv] The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

v] The applicant shall attend the

concerned police station on every Monday and Saturday between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

(6) The protection shall remain in force till next date.

(7) Stand over to 14.12.2023.
