In this communication, it is stated that the office bearers of the Corporation have accepted the impugned order passed by the Industrial Court. The learned advocate for the petitioner states that in view of the above decision, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
The petition is disposed as withdrawn. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. The learned advocate for the petitioner further states that steps to comply with the impugned order will be taken within four weeks.
