The applicant has filed this application to relax the condition imposed on the applicant while granting the bail on 12.08.2025. The condition was imposed not to leave the jurisdiction of the Nagpur District without prior permission of the District Court, Nagpur.

The applicant has stated that departmental enquiry is initiated and it is pending before Education Department, Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar and she has to attend it and therefore, it is necessary to relax this condition. As the charge-sheet is filed and the applicant has to attend the departmental enquiry at Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, the Kavita
