By the application, the petitioner seeks disposal of petition on the premise that he is covered by the Government Resolutions dated 21.12.2019 and 14.12.2022.

Having gone through the application and Government Resolutions, we are of the view that the petition can be disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in wake of the Government Resolutions dated 21.12.2019 and 14.12.2022.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid directions the petition stands disposed of. Pending application (s), if any, stand(s) disposed of. No order as to costs.
