DATE : 7.12.2015 Shri Amol Mardikar, advocate for the petitioner and Shri Raj D. Wakode, advocate for respondent no.1 submit that the parties would like to explore the possibility of amicable settlement through mediation and suggest the name of Shri S.Y. Deopujari advocate to be the Mediator.

Shri S.Y. Deopujari advocate is requested to undertake the mediation and submit the report to this Court till 12th February, 2016. The parties undertake to appear before the learned Mediator in the High Court Mediation Center on 21st December, 2015 at 1.45 p.m. In the meantime, the petitioner shall deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rs.

2 wp7148.14 Ten Thousand Only) with the Registry of this Court till 21st December, 2015 and produce the receipt on the record.

If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, the interim order granted by this Court shall stand vacated without reference to Court.

If the amount is deposited by the petitioner, the respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw the same.

List the petition for further consideration on 16th February, 2016.
