I have gone through the record. The Special Land Acquisition Officer has granted compensation of Rs.3,10,125/- for 56 R land and for fruit bearing trees. The amount ascertained for fruit bearing trees was Rs.20,597/-, which was enhanced by the reference Court @ Rs.5,521/- for each tree.

Considering the said aspect, at present, the claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount upon furnishing usual undertaking.

Call for record and proceedings.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
