On 01-10-2025, since respondent no. 4 - Education Officer (Primary) of Zilla Parishad, Buldhana did not appear, we had issued bailable warrant in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- against him.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 submits that because the matter was not assigned to any lawyer, nobody appeared.

Thus, in the matter pending before the High Court, respondent no. 4 thought it proper to not assign the matter to the counsel for appearance. Such negligent approach is deprecated. Nonetheless, since counsel for respondent no. 4 has assured that he will diligently attend the matter, bailable warrant issued against respondent no. 4 is cancelled. However, for the negligent conduct of respondent no. 4, he shall pay costs of Rs. 5,000/- from his pocket, which shall be deposited in the Court before next date.
