Civil Application No. 2615 of 2015 is filed by the respondents/applicants for speaking to minutes of the Judgment and Order dt.3.7.2015 passed by this Court.

It is submitted that, in paragraph no.4 in second line of the said Judgment, the word 'second' is wrongly transcribed. The contention appears to be correct. Hence, the application is allowed.

The word 'second' appearing in second line of paragraph 4 in the Judgment dt.3.7.2015 delivered by this Court shall stand deleted.
