The petitioners seek applicability of the Old Pension Scheme. The petitioners are employees of the school run by the Zilla Parishad, Buldhana. By the Government Resolution dated 01/10/2024, the petitioners have now been granted an option to opt for the Old Pension Scheme. The petition is therefore disposed of in terms of the Government Resolution dated 01/10/2024.
