By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 1186 days, which is caused in filing the restoration application. The appeal was dismissed, as private paper-book was not filed within six weeks.

The ground raised in the application is that inadvertently the learned Advocate for appellant has not noted the said order, and therefore, the delay is caused.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 1186 days is hereby condoned, which is caused in preferring the restoration application.

On filing of paper-book within six weeks, the appeal be restored at its original stage.
