The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions submits that as the alternate remedy is available he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court. He further prays for continuation of the interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 22/12/2022 for three weeks. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for withdrawal of the petition and filing of the proceedings, however, he is opposing the prayer for continuation of the interim relief.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate proceedings as permissible in law. Since the interim order in this case is operating since 22/12/2022, it shall be continued for three weeks more and thereafter it shall stand automatically vacated. JUDGE RRaut..
