None for non-applicant/respondent No.1. Though served, non-applicant/respondent No.2 has not put her appearance before this Court.

On 25.4.2017, notices on present civil application and on the second appeal were issued and the parties to this appeal were directed to maintain status quo as on said date. 4.

On 25.7.2017 after hearing learned counsel for the appellant and respondent No.1, the second appeal was admitted on the substantial questions of law formulated in the said order. Also, fresh notices were issued on the present application and .....2/-

cas165.17 26 learned counsel Shri M.P. Kariya waives notice on behalf of nonapplicant/respondent No.1 and also the Court passed the order that the parties shall maintain status quo as of today, until further orders.

Office note shows that, thereafter, nonapplicant/respondent No.2 is served. However, there is no appearance.

Since this present appeal is already admitted as it involves substantial question of law and order of status quo is in operation from 25.4.2017, Court allows the present civil application by directing the parties to maintain status quo as per order dated 25.4.2017.
