Allotment of land in favour of respondent nos.5 and 6 is the subject-matter of challenge. The respondent nos.5 and 6 are allotted the land by Government as tribals.

According to the petitioner, the respondent nos.5 and 6 are not tribals and apart from that, the respondents are trying to disturb the possession of the land which is occupied by the petitioner. The petitioner is not the allottee of the land in his possession. He is also not the owner of it. We do not find any locus of the petitioner to prosecute this petition. Writ Petition is dismissed.
