Civil Application (CAW) No.381/2019 And Civil Application (CAW) No.3414/2019:

1] It is pointed that the first application is filed for seeking restoration of the writ petition as against respondent nos.3 and 5, since the learned Register has dismissed the petition on account of failure to cause service on the said respondents. The second civil application has been filed for seeking substitution of respondent no.3 with a newly appointed liquidator.

2] Considering the above, the second civil application is allowed. The petitioner shall carry out necessary correction in the description of respondent no.3 forthwith.

3] The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that if notice is issued to respondent nos.3 and 5, they would be served through paper publication in dainik "Lokmat" Nagpur edition.

wp308.18.O.odt 4] Considering this statement, issue notice to respondent nos.3 and 5, returnable on 21.02.2020. The petitioner shall have the notices published in Marathi daily "Lokmat" Nagpur edition at least ten days prior to the returnable date in this matter and shall place the copy of the newspaper on record.
