On 22nd April, 2025, the following order was passed : "The petitioner is challenging the transfer order. The petitioner is transferred from Achalpur to Dhamangaon. On 10/11/2023, interim relief was granted on the grounds that one of the daughters of the petitioner met with an accident and further both the daughters were school going. This contingency is now not in existence. The next session will commence in June, 2025 and, therefore, there appears no necessity to continue the interim relief.

The petitioner is seeking time to place on record certain documents to justify continuance of interim relief. Time granted as last chance with clear understanding that subsequent adjournments will be subject to vacating the interim arrangement made by the Court.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing to join the transferred posting and makes a request to permit the petitioner to join the same in the month of August, 2025.

Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that there is immediate requirement, as the charge of the Society has been given to another Group Secretary.

To my mind, since the interim arrangement has been continued for last two years, the same could be continued for couple of months. 05.

The petitioner shall join the transferred post on 1st August, 2025. With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
