(Passed on 11.02.2023) The appellant - Oriental Insurance Company has filed a pursis stating therein that the M.A.C.T. Court awarded compensation of Rs.14,39,014/-. The appellant has deposited the amount of Rs.20,59,262/- on 04.05.2019. The appellant Insurance Company does not want to prosecute this appeal and therefore, they be permitted to withdraw this appeal.

Ms. Anita Mategaonkar, learned Counsel for the appellant is present. None present for the respondents.

In view of the fact that the appellant does not want to proceed, this appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

The respondents are hereby given liberty to withdraw the amount as per due procedure of law.
