The Crime No. 1298 of 2022 registered with Police Station Pachpawali, District Nagpur invoke offence punishable under Sections 3, 4, 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act, 1951. The applicant is apprehending his arrest in said Crime. Considering the nature of accusations leveled and the offences invoked, it is imperative that the Investigation Officer shall issue a notice to the applicant under Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, pursuant to which it shall be imperative for the applicant to report to the Police Station within a period one week of its receipt.

In case, when the applicant report to the Police Station, he shall be investigated but if the Investigating Officer still desire of having his custodial interrogation, he shall record his reasons in writing before his arrest.

Needless to state that if the applicant fail to comply with the order, the Investigating Officer is at liberty to arrest the applicant.
