Heard Shri Bhandarkar, learned counsel for the applicant - petitioner and Shri Deshpande, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3.
Writ Petition No. 6271 of 2013 has been disposed of on 14.07.2014 by directing the Commissioner (Appeals) to decide the appeal, if it is filed, within a period of two weeks. The present civil application seeks the forthwith disposal of that appeal.
Shri Deshpande, learned counsel is seeking time to find out whether the appeal is still pending.
The appeal has been filed, according to the petitioner, within two weeks after the Court order dated 14.07.2014.
In this situation, if that appeal is still
