The claimant is permitted to withdraw the balance amount deposited by the appellant in the Reference Court upon furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Reference Court incorporating a condition that, if the appeal

caf.558.13 2/2 succeeds, claimant-respondent No.1 shall redeposit the amount so withdrawn along with interest thereon @ 6% per annum from the date of its withdrawal till it is redeposited. The civil application is allowed and disposed of as such.
