The rejection of the grant of TDR was communicated vide letter dated 30.08.2024 mentioning the grounds of rejection. The learned counsel for respondent No.2 - NMC, on instructions, submitted that if the petitioner approaches the respondent No.2, it may reconsider the request of the petitioner to grant TDR. The petitioner is satisfied with this. 3.

The respondent No.2 - NMC may reconsider the proposal in accordance with the provisions of law within eight weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
