After having heard for quite some time, when the Court was about to dismiss the appeals, Mr. Ali, learned counsel for the appellants, submits that he be allowed to withdraw the present appeals, with liberty to apply afresh before the learned trial Court, after filing the charge-sheet.

The appeals are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
