By preferring this appeal, the appellant has challenged the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Wardha, rejecting the anticipatory bail application of the appellant.

Being aggrieved with the same, present appeal is preferred under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 3.

Learned APP place on record the communication issued to the Office of the Government Pleader stating that the appellant is already arrested and he is now in judicial custody.

In view of that, this communication, the appeal becomes infructuous and disposed of.
