Having heard both sides at length, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief in favour of applicant, Shri Vyas, learned advocate for the applicant, submits that he has instructions to withdraw the application with liberty to apply afresh before the learned trial Court once material witnesses are examined.

Learned advocate for the applicant makes a request for expedite trial.

This request cannot be accepted but since reasonable liberty is sought, the trial Court shall note aforesaid fact. 5.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
