In this petition, a grievance of the petitioner is that despite submitting a representation to respondent No.2/Collector, Gadchiroli, on 26.05.2025, a copy of which is annexed to this petition (Page 97), the same has not been decided by the Collector, even though a reasonable period is lapsed since its submission.

In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that this petition can be disposed of, with direction to the Collector to decide the representation of the petitioner within stipulated period, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, we direct the respondent No.2/Collector, Gadchiroli, to decide the representation of the petitioner submitted on 26.05.2025 within a period of eight weeks from today.

The petitioner undertakes to communicate this order to the Collector, Gadchiroli within one week.
