By the present application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of eight days in filing the appeal against judgment and order dated 15.10.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amravati in Sessions Case No.105 of 2019.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant is daily worker and was in financial difficulty. He submits that the sentence imposed was till rising of the Court and to pay fine of 5000/-. The applicant has undergone the ₹ sentence and deposited the fine amount.

In view of above, though learned A.P.P. opposed the application, the delay being trivial and the appeal is directed against the conviction, the application is allowed. Delay of eight days is condoned. Appeal be registered. 6.
