This application is opposed by learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 5. However, on going through the reasons given in this application, I find that sufficient cause has been shown by the appellant. I am of the view that this application deserves to be allowed and it is allowed accordingly. The delay caused in filing appeal stands condoned.

The application stands disposed of.
