DATED : DECEMBER 10, 2019 At the outset, Mr. V.N. Morande, learned counsel for the applicant submits that by mistake the application for bail is filed, instead of filing statutory appeal under Section 14A of the Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. He, therefore, prays for grant of permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file statutory appeal. The application is disposed as withdrawn with liberty to file statutory appeal.

It is made clear case of the applicant was not heard on its own merits by this Court.
