This is an application for grant of leave to file the appeal.

The learned counsel for the appellants pointed out that the respondent No.3 was earlier by name of Executive Engineer however, now the respondent No.3 is by name of Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation. He, therefore, prayed to change the name of respondent No.3.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, leave is granted to file appeal against the impugned judgment and award passed by the 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C. No.556 of 2011 on 21.02.2017.
