In reference to the order dated 21.12.2020, the applicant husband has deposited certain amount towards maintenance and by this application, the respondent wife is seeking permission to withdraw the same.

Learned Counsel for the applicant has no objection for withdrawal of the amount which have been deposited by the applicant.

The amount be disbursed to the respondent on due identification and verification.
