This is an application for permission to collect demand draft from the Registry of this Court and to deposit decretal amount by depositing a demand draft. 2.
Heard learned counsel Shri Sharad Thakare for the applicant who submits that 6 weeks' time may be granted to him in view of statement of facts made in the application. Learned counsel Shri S.S. Alaspurkar for respondent No.1 is not having any objection for grant of time. However, learned counsel Ms M.P. Munshi for respondent No.2 is having serious objection for grant of 6 weeks' time. I find that her objection is totally untenable. Hence, the objection by learned counsel Ms M.P. Munshi is .....2/-
